Project Description

Tech4U, an IT support company that serves the local Atlanta market, was looking to grow their social media presence and educate their clients on the use of computers and software. They worked with us to shoot and edit this content in a way that stood out online.

Problems

Images and text alone where not engaging enough to capture the attention of audiences on social media platforms, and Tech4U wanted to really stand out and provide educational value for their clients.

Solutions

1. Engaging Video Content: We developed a series of educational videos tailored for social media platforms. These videos were designed to be visually engaging with the use of motion graphics, captions, and other elements to maintain viewer interest.

2. Simplified Messaging: Simple explanations and screen recordings where to used to ensure accessibility for viewers of all levels of technical expertise.

3. Consistent Branding: Each video was branded with Tech4U's logo and colors to reinforce the company's identity and increase brand recognition.

Results

The social media videos generated higher levels of engagement compared to Tech4U's previous posts, indicating a greater interest from the audience.

Feedback from viewers was very positive, with many expressing appreciation for the informative yet entertaining content.
